A routine checkup with Sage ends with a diagnosis no agent is prepared to discuss out loud, and one impossible medical question: cut it or keep it? Back at the apartment, the patient tries to keep his dignity intact while the blissfully unaware roommates somehow make everything worse — as only this VALORANT comedy apartment can. It is the animated series' most uncomfortable episode in the best way: fully dubbed in English, painfully relatable, and medically inadvisable to watch while eating. Sage offered a second opinion; the squad offered none.
